How associations join
The platform is deliberately not open for self-signup. An alumni association requests access, and the team verifies the association manually before onboarding it. This keeps the platform’s communities genuine and its member data trustworthy.
Verified contact data
Members’ phone numbers are verified through SMS OTP, and new members receive an email confirmation when they join. Communication lists built on verified contacts stay usable instead of decaying.
